Event Communication Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through issues management and social media strategy and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because spokespeople are frequently appointed without ever having been trained. Delegates leave able to work confidently with interview technique, content planning and campaign planning in their own organisation.
