Executive Coaching Skills for Small and Medium Enterprises takes the discipline and works it through the constraints of this operating context, including corporate governance, executive presence and the compliance obligations that come with it. The sector framing is necessary because executives are increasingly appointed for functional depth and then judged on enterprise judgement, and generic training rarely survives contact with the local rules. Delegates leave able to work confidently with executive decision making, strategy execution and negotiation at senior level in their own organisation.
