This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into enterprise risk oversight, board reporting and the judgement calls that sit outside the balanced scorecard. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because executives are increasingly appointed for functional depth and then judged on enterprise judgement. Delegates leave able to work confidently with performance dialogue, strategic planning and executive presence in their own organisation.
