This programme is for the person accountable for the work rather than the person doing it. It covers delegation and accountability and executive presence from the position of someone who must review, approve and answer for the output. Managers carry this because the gap between a stated strategy and what the organisation actually does is where most value is lost, and the accountability does not delegate cleanly. Delegates leave able to work confidently with mergers and integration, succession at executive level and strategic planning in their own organisation.
