This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into stakeholder management, mergers and integration and the judgement calls that sit outside the balanced scorecard. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because board expectations of executive communication have risen sharply. Delegates leave able to work confidently with executive decision making, board reporting and enterprise risk oversight in their own organisation.
