This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into contract negotiation, supplier development and the judgement calls that sit outside the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because procurement decisions are now audited for process as closely as for price. Delegates leave able to work confidently with tender evaluation, demand planning and spend analysis in their own organisation.
