Fundamentals of Innovation Leadership is built for delegates who need to be useful in this area quickly. It starts at first principles and works through performance dialogue and leading through change without assuming prior specialist training. The programme exists because the gap between a stated strategy and what the organisation actually does is where most value is lost, and because capability in this area is usually built on the job with no structure behind it. Delegates leave able to work confidently with stakeholder management, executive presence and board reporting in their own organisation.
