This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into employee relations, change management and the judgement calls that sit outside the Employment Equity Act. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because organisations are being asked to prove the return on their people spend. Delegates leave able to work confidently with employment equity reporting, organisational design and job evaluation and grading in their own organisation.
