This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into category management, strategic sourcing and the judgement calls that sit outside the Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because supply disruption has become a standing operational risk rather than an exception. Delegates leave able to work confidently with demand planning, supply risk assessment and spend analysis in their own organisation.
