Innovation Leadership Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through organisational culture and strategic planning and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because the gap between a stated strategy and what the organisation actually does is where most value is lost. Delegates leave able to work confidently with strategy execution, crisis leadership and executive presence in their own organisation.
