Innovation Leadership: Tools and Techniques

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through delegation and accountability and executive presence on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: board expectations of executive communication have risen sharply, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with organisational culture, negotiation at senior level and stakeholder management in their own organisation.
