This programme is for the person accountable for the work rather than the person doing it. It covers innovation leadership and board reporting from the position of someone who must review, approve and answer for the output. Managers carry this because the gap between a stated strategy and what the organisation actually does is where most value is lost, and the accountability does not delegate cleanly. Delegates leave able to work confidently with executive decision making, organisational culture and delegation and accountability in their own organisation.
