This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into mergers and integration, leading through change and the judgement calls that sit outside established strategy execution practice. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because the gap between a stated strategy and what the organisation actually does is where most value is lost. Delegates leave able to work confidently with executive decision making, board reporting and succession at executive level in their own organisation.
