This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through succession at executive level and corporate governance on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: executives are increasingly appointed for functional depth and then judged on enterprise judgement, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with strategic planning, stakeholder management and strategy execution in their own organisation.
