This programme is written from the assurance side. Delegates learn to test whether organisational culture and leading through change are working as claimed, and how to evidence the conclusion. Assurance work is under scrutiny because executives are increasingly appointed for functional depth and then judged on enterprise judgement. Delegates leave able to work confidently with delegation and accountability, mergers and integration and performance dialogue in their own organisation.
