Leading Organisational Change Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through delegation and accountability and enterprise risk oversight and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because executives are increasingly appointed for functional depth and then judged on enterprise judgement. Delegates leave able to work confidently with executive presence, corporate governance and board reporting in their own organisation.
