Learning and Development Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through succession planning and onboarding design and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because organisations are being asked to prove the return on their people spend. Delegates leave able to work confidently with remuneration and benefits, psychometric assessment and job evaluation and grading in their own organisation.
