This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into mergers and integration, strategy execution and the judgement calls that sit outside the King IV governance code. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because the gap between a stated strategy and what the organisation actually does is where most value is lost.
