This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through leading distributed teams and strategic planning on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: the gap between a stated strategy and what the organisation actually does is where most value is lost, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with performance dialogue, corporate governance and executive presence in their own organisation.
