This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into safety management systems, safety culture and the judgement calls that sit outside the Occupational Health and Safety Act. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because incident investigation frequently stops at the immediate cause. Delegates leave able to work confidently with safety auditing, occupational hygiene and root cause analysis in their own organisation.
