Organisational Culture Reporting and Analytics
Executive Leadership|3 days|Classroom or live online
Organisational Culture Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through executive decision making and executive presence and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because executives are increasingly appointed for functional depth and then judged on enterprise judgement. Delegates leave able to work confidently with organisational culture, innovation leadership and mergers and integration in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Put organisational culture on a footing they can defend to a reviewer, measured against established strategy execution practice
- Bring innovation leadership into line with current good practice
- Make a decision about mergers and integration without waiting for a specialist
- Explain succession at executive level to someone who does not do the work
