Performance Management for Executives: Tools and Techniques

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through crisis leadership and corporate governance on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: board expectations of executive communication have risen sharply, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with negotiation at senior level, enterprise risk oversight and delegation and accountability in their own organisation.
