This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into organisational design, disciplinary procedure and the judgement calls that sit outside the Ulrich HR business partner model. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because organisations are being asked to prove the return on their people spend.
