Performance Management Reporting and Analytics focuses on the measurement layer: what to count, what it means and how to present it. Delegates work through succession planning and psychometric assessment and the reporting built on top of them. The reporting layer matters because labour relations exposure now sits alongside financial risk on most executive agendas. Delegates leave able to work confidently with organisational design, change management and remuneration and benefits in their own organisation.
