Practical Audit Action Planning

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through annual reporting and performance management in government on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: audit outcomes have become the dominant measure of municipal performance, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with asset management, integrated development planning and public finance management in their own organisation.
