Practical Brand Communication

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through community engagement and press release writing on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: spokespeople are frequently appointed without ever having been trained, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with media relations, internal communication and crisis communication in their own organisation.
