Practical Contract Drafting
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through legal risk assessment and contract drafting on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: contract value leaks quietly through weak administration rather than through litigation, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with intellectual property, data protection under POPIA and contract lifecycle management in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Bring intellectual property into line with current good practice, measured against POPIA
- Put data protection under POPIA on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
- Spot where contract lifecycle management is failing before it becomes a finding
- Take ownership of regulatory compliance rather than escalating it
