Practical Executive Communication

Executive Leadership|5 days|Classroom or live online

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through crisis leadership and negotiation at senior level on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: board expectations of executive communication have risen sharply, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with leading through change, mergers and integration and executive decision making in their own organisation.
