Practical Executive Decision Making

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through negotiation at senior level and strategy execution on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: board expectations of executive communication have risen sharply, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with executive presence, corporate governance and innovation leadership in their own organisation.
