Practical HR Business Partnering

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through disciplinary procedure and job evaluation and grading on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: workforce planning has moved from an administrative task to a board level concern, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with succession planning, employee relations and remuneration and benefits in their own organisation.
