Practical HR Policy Writing

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through organisational design and HR analytics on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: labour relations exposure now sits alongside financial risk on most executive agendas, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with talent acquisition, employee relations and grievance handling in their own organisation.
