Practical Issues Management

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through message development and media relations on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: spokespeople are frequently appointed without ever having been trained, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with reputation measurement, issues management and communication auditing in their own organisation.
