This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through scenario modelling and KPI definition on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: reporting effort scales badly when the underlying model is wrong, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with spreadsheet controls, data quality management and visual encoding choices in their own organisation.
