Practical Legal Risk Management

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through competition law and regulatory compliance on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: commercial teams routinely sign obligations that legal only sees after a dispute, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with service level agreements, commercial law fundamentals and cross-border contracting in their own organisation.
