This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through interview technique and reputation measurement on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: an organisation's reputation is now formed faster than its communications function can respond, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with investor communication, speech writing and message development in their own organisation.
