This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through organisational culture and succession at executive level on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: the gap between a stated strategy and what the organisation actually does is where most value is lost, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with corporate governance, enterprise risk oversight and leading distributed teams in their own organisation.
