Practical Mergers and Acquisitions
3 days|Delivered on request
This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through organisational culture and succession at executive level on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: the gap between a stated strategy and what the organisation actually does is where most value is lost, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with corporate governance, enterprise risk oversight and leading distributed teams in their own organisation.
What delegates leave able to do
- Take ownership of corporate governance rather than escalating it, measured against the King IV governance code
- Improve enterprise risk oversight within their own organisation
- Explain leading distributed teams to someone who does not do the work
- Put executive presence on a footing they can defend to a reviewer
