Practical Performance Management for Executives

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through enterprise risk oversight and negotiation at senior level on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: executives are increasingly appointed for functional depth and then judged on enterprise judgement, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with executive decision making, delegation and accountability and mergers and integration in their own organisation.
