Practical PMO Setup and Operation

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through scheduling and earned value management on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: organisations run more projects than they have capacity to govern, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with benefits realisation, quality assurance and project closure in their own organisation.
