Practical Procurement Fraud Prevention

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through contract negotiation and category management on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: procurement decisions are now audited for process as closely as for price, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with tender evaluation, e-procurement systems and supplier development in their own organisation.
