Practical Remuneration and Benefits

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through onboarding design and psychometric assessment on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: labour relations exposure now sits alongside financial risk on most executive agendas, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with remuneration and benefits, disciplinary procedure and organisational design in their own organisation.
