Practical Service Level Agreements

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through intellectual property and dispute resolution on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: contract value leaks quietly through weak administration rather than through litigation, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with data protection under POPIA, company secretarial practice and regulatory compliance in their own organisation.
