This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through leading through change and enterprise risk oversight on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: the gap between a stated strategy and what the organisation actually does is where most value is lost, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with executive decision making, leading distributed teams and strategy execution in their own organisation.
