This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into media relations, internal communication and the judgement calls that sit outside stakeholder mapping methodology. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because spokespeople are frequently appointed without ever having been trained. Delegates leave able to work confidently with campaign planning, community engagement and spokesperson training in their own organisation.
