This programme is written from the assurance side. Delegates learn to test whether work breakdown structure and project initiation are working as claimed, and how to evidence the conclusion. Assurance work is under scrutiny because organisations run more projects than they have capacity to govern. Delegates leave able to work confidently with scope definition, cost estimation and project reporting in their own organisation.
