This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into lessons learned, agile and scrum practice and the judgement calls that sit outside agile delivery practice. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because the coordination layer is usually the least trained and the most load bearing. Delegates leave able to work confidently with scope definition, quality assurance and portfolio prioritisation in their own organisation.
