This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through storytelling with data and data governance on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: reporting effort scales badly when the underlying model is wrong, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with data modelling, statistical fundamentals and KPI definition in their own organisation.
