It covers internal auditing and quality management systems from the position of someone who must review, approve and answer for the output. Managers carry this because quality managers are often appointed from the bench without management training, and the accountability does not delegate cleanly. Delegates leave able to work confidently with supplier qualification, non-conformance management and laboratory design in their own organisation.
