This advanced programme assumes delegates already work in the field. It goes past the basics into organisational culture, enterprise risk oversight and the judgement calls that sit outside the balanced scorecard. At this level the constraint is rarely knowledge. It is judgement under pressure, which matters because the gap between a stated strategy and what the organisation actually does is where most value is lost. Delegates leave able to work confidently with negotiation at senior level, executive presence and delegation and accountability in their own organisation.
