Service Level Agreements: Tools and Techniques

This is a hands-on programme. Delegates spend most of the time working through company secretarial practice and service level agreements on live scenarios rather than listening to theory about them. The practical emphasis is deliberate: regulators have moved from guidance to enforcement across several sectors, and reading about the method has repeatedly proved insufficient. Delegates leave able to work confidently with dispute resolution, employment law and board procedure in their own organisation.
